We are seeking an experienced Anodizing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving business objectives.

Duties:

• Help to setup Anodizing properly and develop Anodizing operation
• Manage and lead Anodizing Department to achieve business goals
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and open communication

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Anodizing
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of achieving business objectives and driving results
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
